Description of Project:

 

The project concerns the mapping of the existing expertise of the Economic Chamber of Greece, the way it is organized and the procedures currently in place for its exploitation, the way of receiving and responding to requests for know-how and expertise related to its competence, the comparison between the required specialized information and the information provided today by the Chamber, the existing channels for receiving requests and detecting their processes, their internal routing, the processing and formulation of responses, the methods and the channels for the provision of expertise to stakeholders.
 

After reviewing and evaluating the current situation, a new operational function will be proposed concerning the activities of the Chamber and the transition of the Chamber into this new mode of operation will be supported.
 

The new, more efficient operation aims to the provision of the Chamber’s services with a much more effective way than today, while the infrastructure for the provision of services will be also enhanced. Emphasis will be given both on the improvement of the procedures as well as on the technical solutions supporting the procedures, with the final result of full and detailed information and provision of specialized know-how to the interested parties in the field of the Chamber’s competence.

Services Provided:

Action A – Mapping of the existing know-how of the Economic Chamber of Greece and of its production mechanisms.

Action B – Design and development of the Chamber’sbusiness response model to the current information and expertise requirements on behalf of its members and business.

Action C – Provision of support for the full implementation of the new business model as well as for the transition to it.
