This project is entitled “Consulting services in the field of evaluation projects related to Priority Axis 3 - Key Area of Intervention 3, Operation 3.3.1 - Support for the implementation of integrated computer systems and other electronic applications for business management and operation 3.3.2 - Support for the development of e-commerce and other electronic solutions for business”.
Key Area of Intervention 3 - "Development of e-economy" aims to increase efficiency by reorganizing companies all processes on a system, the introduction of modern ICT systems that encourage innovation and provide support for management decisions, development of electronic commerce, expansion of applications training on - line to the business environment. To achieve the objectives set out above will support the introduction and use of modern ICT solutions in enterprises.
The overall objective
The overall objective of the contract is to support the institutional management and implementation of Structural Instruments in Romania, contributing directly to improving the accuracy of the whole process of implementation of funds.
The specific objective
The objective of the contract is the acquisition of a package for the activity evaluation of projects financed through the Sectoral Operational Programme Increase of Economic Competitiveness - SOP Axis III - Area of Intervention 3 Operation 3.3.1 - Support for the implementation of integrated information systems other electronic applications for business management and operation 3.3.2 - Support for the development of electronic commerce and other electronic solutions for business - call two projects by the Ministry of Communications and Information Society - Directorate General Information Society Promotion Intermediate Body.
Results to be obtained:

Analysis of 300 assessments for funding applications with supporting documentation requested by the applicant guide to project proposals submitted under Priority Axis 3 Area of Intervention 3 - "Development of e-economy";

Analyze situations with potential double-financing;

Performing revaluations if any contestation;

Preparation the financing contracts;

Making recommendations to the Intermediate Body on solving problems that may arise in the process of assessment and implementation.
