Project’s objective:
European Profiles has elaborated and assisted in the implementation of a significant number of large investment plans for private investors, financed either by measures of the Greek Development Law or by the investors own funds. Elaboration of business plans included, as a minimum: assessment of the company’s position in the relevant market segment (definition of competition and SWOT analysis), definition of strategic objectives and planning, company’s organisational structure, internal audit of the investors capacities, action planning for specific investments with appropriate cost-benefit analysis and financial projections (balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flows).

Modernisation of the main production plant and creation of a new unit for the processing of parboiled rice, for a foodstuffs (pulses and rice) manufacturer (Investment value € 3,9 million);
