Description of Project:

The overall objective of the project is to facilitate the approximation to the EU by supporting alignment and implementation of Kosovar legislation with EU acquis in the fields of services.

The purpose of this contract is to build the Capacity of the Ministry of Trade and Industry to effectively transpose and implement the EU Services Directive in the internal market in Kosovo.

Services Provided:

1. Comprehensive screening and further harmonization of the legislation on services

2. Simplification of administrative procedures and proposal for establishing "Points of Single Contact

3. Administrative capacity building for continuous screening and amending of the legislation according to the requirements of the Services Directive, and awareness raising on Services Directive, among private sector, public authorities and general public
