The overall objective of the project to improve the application of the law and regulations on Intellectual Property Rights in Moldova. The purposes of this contract are as follows:
Results to be achieved1. Improved communication and effectiveness of IP enforcement in Moldova. 2. Establishment of a communication system between the main contributors to IP protection. 3. Improvement of competence and effectiveness of all staff and officials involved in IP enforcement and the wider group of participants in IP rights. 4. Improvement of awareness of the rights and obligations of the IP community in Moldova. |
