Description of Project:

The project concerns the local waste management studies of the Municipality of Megalopolis. The overall objective of the current contract is the accession of the local waste management studies in the regional waste management plan, according to National legislation concerning waste management.

Under the said project, European Profiles provided the following services:

Component 1: COLLECTION OF DATA NEEDED Activities:
• Communication with local representatives
• Collection of data needed concerning waste management activities across the Municipality.

Component 2: COMPOSITION OF THE WASTE MANAGEMENT LOCAL PLANS
• Activity: Syntax of the local action plan concerning the waste management, taking in mind the needs, specifics and abilities of the Municipality and the criteria set by Directive 2008/98 / EC.
