Description of Project:

- Support the CAON-FED of Gabon to reformulate its missions after evaluating its structure and its operating conditions in order to allow it access to other sources of European funding, taking into account the responsibilities that could be attributed to it under the New European Consensus on Development;
- Support the PAON manager and accountant in the development of a multi-year program proposal in which all capabilities of CAON-EDF staff should be planned to allow this structure to better adapt to new roles within the framework of the New European Consensus for Development. |

Services Provided: |
- Qualitative analysis and assessment of the current responsibilities of the CAON-FED
- Recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the CAON-FED to meet both its prerogatives and its future prerogatives in the new framework for cooperation with the European Union post-Cotonou.
- Drafting of a report regarding the role of the CAON-FED, the necessary adjustments and a proposal for capacity building activities to be carried out in the implementation of implementation of the PAON in order to allow CAON-FED to align its missions, mandates and prerogatives to the New European Consensus for Development
