Objective of the project is the Installation of Software Application for the Support of the Public Procurement Process based on Law 4412/2016, through which the cooperation of all the parties involved is effectively ensured through the automatic updating of the tenders and contracts up to their completion. |

Services Provided:

The usage of the public procurement support application "inprocess1" works at a design, programming, operational, management, and evaluation level.
2. It bundles all the procurement procedures in 6 steps and provides step-by-step instructions for each step (the standard steps are displayed to the users as soon as they specify the contract type and procedure). 3. Each step is marked with a specific color so that the user has a direct view of the evolution of each contract 4. All steps are tracked by only 3 dates: start date of the step, predicted completion date of the step, completion date of the step. 5. A guide to the steps is provided, in which the user can add-remove steps and prioritize them as he / she wants (the user can configure the template steps as desired and simultaneously create steps specific to each contract) 6. The steps are classified according to the type of the contract (services, supplies, projects, studies) and the type of the procedure (open, closed, short, direct assignment, etc.) 7. It immediately notifies authorized users by sending mail to them about the progress of all the projects of an organization or just for a single project 8. There is the possibility of grouping the contracts in any way the user wishes. The creation of a team takes place in a very short time and the inclusion of contracts in the group is accomplished by a simple click |
