Description of Project:

Subject of this contract project is the provision of training and coaching of unemployed young people with the aim to assist them in entering the labor market.

The activities of the project:

• Formulate the selection criteria by which he will choose and hire the trainers/ coaches who will support the beneficiaries.
• Selection the coaches from which a ranking table will be generated.
• Elaboration of algorithm by which the matching of the coaches with the unemployed beneficiaries.
• Coaching training process of 3000 unemployed by the couches under the supervision of the Contractor.
