Τhe subject of the contract is the provision of services for the implementation of specific tasks which are included in the deliverables of ESAMEA, as the Beneficiary of the Accession “Access2Heritage” , according to the following list:
1. Contribute to the development of its communication strategy and the communication plan of the Action
2. Design of the identity and material of communication and promotion of the Action
3. Organizing an (1) open day of the Action in Kastoria
4. Organizing two (2) open infodays in Florina and Corfu
5. Elaboration of an information campaign to increase domestic tourism
6. Recommendations and tools for the development of Accessible Tourism in the cross-border area
7. Organizing one (1) special seminar in Ioannina and creating two (2) educational Guides for Local Authorities and management bodies and for companies and professionals in the field of tourism
8. Research - data collection and accessibility information of tourist infrastructure and services in Epirus and southern Albania
9. Production of a (1) Tourist Guide with Accessibility Information for Epirus and Southern Albania - Reproduction in Printed Form - Transfer to Accessible Forms
10. Development of a web portal for the availability of accessibility information and the promotion of accessible tourism in Pindos and Berat, Albania
11. Evaluation of the acceptance (accessibility, usability, compliance with standards, user satisfaction) of the technological systems of the Act (multimedia, web portal, application for mobile devices, infokiosks)
12. Study of the impact of the pilot interventions of the Act and extraction of lessons
13. Training of inspectors in conducting access autopsies
14. Review of the plans and integrated pilot interventions of the Act
15. Organization of one (1) international Laboratory - Exhibition of Accessible Nature Tourism in the Prefecture of Ioannina
16. Organizing a study visit abroad.
