Description of Project:

The objective of this project is the update of the Mechanism for the Coordination and Monitoring of the actions and decision-making due to pandemic crisis SARS COVID-19.


AIMED RESULTS
• The reorganization and updating of operational planning in accordance with international planning rules, by organizing the response activities.
• The study and development of an IT simulation application with a focus on Public Services preparedness for health crisis management and data entry.
• The preparation and the introduction of separate actions in a timely, effective and qualitative manner
• The monitoring of implementing the interventions and the total set of the actions
• The provision to the Management System of the necessary information for the progress and the impact assessment of the designed interventions.
 

Services Provided

 1. The provision of expertise for the updating of the operational emergency management plan, "ARTEMIS", sufficiently designed and specialized for the treatment of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, according to the data and parameters as formulated and based on all data and the international literature.
2. The study for the development of an IT simulation application in which data of the evolution of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and operational actions will be registered, so as to contribute to the decision-making of the competent committees.
