Description of Project

The overall objective of the project is to support the Moldovan authorities to successfully implement the activities foreseen in the EU-Moldova Action Plan, in particular approximation of Moldovan legislation to EU Norms and Standards.


Main purposes of the project:

  • Purpose 1: Support the prioritization of the legal approximation process in the Republic of Moldova, and in particular the laws foreseen as priorities towards the implementation of the EU-Moldova Action Plan.
  • Purpose 2: Provide policy advice and support the streamlining of ENP AP objectives within the Government's policies and strategies by supporting the European Integration Departments of key line ministries
  • Purpose 3: Support the political dialogue between EU and Moldova.
  • Purpose 4: Increase Public Awareness on the PCA and ENPAP.
