Description of Project:

 

The scope of the Project consists in the provision of special advisory services and operational support to the Ministry of Interior for the maturation, monitoring, management, implementation and completion of Sub-Projects 1 and 2 of the Action "Public Administration Reform" with ID 16972 joined to the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
The Support Consultant's Project aims to provide specialized technical and operational support services to the Ministry of Interior for the implementation of the following Sub-Projects 1 and 2 of the Action "Reform of the public administration" which joined the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
- Sub-project 1: Design and implementation of multi-level governance in the Public Sector
- Sub-project 2: Creation of a tool for the strategic planning of human resources in terms of artificial intelligence.

Services Provided:

 The Consultant's Work includes the following group of tasks:

Task 1: Support the Ministry of the Interior in coordinating and monitoring the required studies for the maturation of each action/sub-action.

Task 2: Support the Ministry of the Interior in drafting tender documents (Declaration, Specifications, etc.).

Task 3: Support the Ministry of Interior in carrying out tender procedures.

Task 4: Support the Ministry of Interior in the planning and monitoring of actions/sub-actions.

Task 5: Support the Ministry of Interior in the implementation, management and monitoring of the actions/sub-actions throughout their implementation period (monitoring of the implementation of the physical and financial object of the actions/sub-actions, monitoring compliance with the agreed schedules and milestones, drafting and modification of the Technical Data Sheets/Sub-projects).

Task 6: Support the Ministry of Interior in identifying deviations or new risks and submitting recommendations for the implementation of preventive and/or corrective actions.

Task 7: Support the Ministry of Interior to input data into information systems.
