Description of Project:
|
The subject of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services to the Executive Structure of the Ministry of Culture for the redesign, tendering, monitoring, administration, management, and implementation of projects for the entirety of the Services, the supervised entities of the Ministry of Culture, as well as third-party entities outside the Ministry of Culture implementing projects through a Programmatic Agreement.
These projects are funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility within the framework of the following Actions included in the approved National Recovery and Resilience Plan 'Greece 2.0':

Services Provided:
|
Specifically, the Consultant will provide support according to the following Work Packages:
Work Package 0: Preparatory tasks after the signing of the contract.
Work Package 1: Support in monitoring the implementation of the physical and financial aspects of the projects.
Work Package 2: Support for the Implementing Bodies of the projects under the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture in maturation, tendering, administration, management, and monitoring of implementation, as well as in the inspection and acceptance of the projects.
Work Package 3: Support in drafting all necessary documents (Contract Technical Reports, Implementation Monitoring Reports, Legality Checks of Public Contracts, Maturation Reports, Achievement of Milestones and Project Objectives Reports, Declarations of Compliance with Procurement Regulations, Conflict of Interest Examination Lists), and recording the required information in the Monitoring Information System , following the Management and Control System.
Work Package 4: Communication and information exchange with all stakeholders.
Work Package 5: Development of modern tools and digital management, administration, and monitoring applications for projects, keeping them updated with real-time implementation data.
