Harmonisation of the Polish legislation in the area of the protection of the Health and Safety of workers with the corresponding EU directives. European Profiles assessed the current Polish legislation vis-à-vis:
Following the assessment, recommendations were produced including drafting of appropriate legal texts. With regard to the Directive 97/43/Euratom, an overall strategic plan was produced, with particular emphasis on the upgrading of existing radio-diagnostic equipment in hospitals, in order to bring them in line with the proposed safety standards. |
