Description of Project:

The general purpose of the project is to strengthen the institutional structures at central, regional and local level, in the sense of acquiring, after Romania's admission into EU, an efficient management system of European Social Fund (ESF), at all levels, by creating and developing adequate structures and mechanisms.The project will implement activities structured on three components, as followed: Component I - Increasing the Managing Authority Sector Operational Programme Human Resources Development (MA SOP HRD) and Intermediate Bodies (IBs') capacity for preparing and launching the call for project proposals within SOP HRD. Component III - Increasing the MA SOP HRD, IBs and Beneficiaries' capacity in implementing some efficient procedures of technical and financial monitoring at the level of SOP HRD (Priority Axes/Major Intervention Areas) and at the level of SOP HRD financed programs. Component III- Increasing the capacity of the potential project for elaboration and implementation of the projects funded by SOP HRD. |
