To increase the project impact the course will be available in eight European languages, incl. English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Greek and Swedish. The course will be available through the project website (on-line) and on CDs (off-line). The course will be tested with a sample of 4-6 companies in each Partner's country through workshops and seminars with HR specialist and managers.

The e-learning age management course will promote new ways of learning and will also enhance the skills and qualifications of human resource staff and management to help them manage an ageing workforce.
