Description of Project:

The project had the following tasks: a) to elaborate a study of the current state on a national level regarding the extent of exclusion of ageing population from the labour market; b) to carry out a research of international good practices on active ageing and proposals on their transferability in Greece; c) to elaborate proposals of measures to support active ageing in Greece in the frame of the Operational Programme for Human Resources 2003-2013

Services Provided:
  • Investigation of international best practices for the management of active aging
  • Formulation of concrete actions to manage the case of active aging in Greece
  • Specify proposed actions in individual interventions with reference to the costs of implementation, organization, schedule, expected results, etc.
  • Technical Support to the Ministry for the preparation of plans, invitations, notices and guidance to the final beneficiaries / recipients
