Description of Project:
|
The project has undertaken a comparative analysis of the partner countries' systems, in regards to support of start-up of business activity through continuous training. The project has examined the policies in developing business competences and a general business culture, as well as the respective training of aspiring entrepreneurs. The emphasis has been put on technical skills in risk management and in developing innovative products or services, therefore contributing to the increase of competitiveness and sustainability of start-up enterprises.

Services Provided:
|
- Collection of comparative data that concern the systems and the arrangements for the starting of business activity (conditions, funds- financial assurances- monitoring- bureaucracy- the role of consultancy).
- Provision of quantitative information and analyses in relation to the number and the particular characteristics of the persons (sex, age, educational level, sectors) that started an enterprise during the last five-year period in the reference countries.
- In the observation of the best practices implemented that could also be evaluated and refer to the provision of training and the preparation of young entrepreneurs.
- Collection of practices and various approaches concerning the qualifications and skills the neophyte entrepreneurs should have according to the in force models of definition of the "business identity".
- Presentation of the best practices of vocational training in the framework of life-long learning and in the investigation of the best and most innovative (open space methodology) training methods of provision of training of entrepreneurship in adults.
- Definition in comparative basis at EU level of the relevant position of the partner countries and the successful progress in the sector of young and women entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship of special groups.
- Publication of a memorandum to the national and EU authorities that contain the findings, guidelines and proposals in relation to the formation of a common framework of provision of lifelong learning in entrepreneurship.
