Description of Project:

The aim of the project has been the development of a web-based training course for vocational and professional trainers to promote intercultural interaction of trainers. The subjects of the training were cross-cultural competence, conflict management and communication skills abd it has been a transnational project covering Germany, Netherlands, France, Bulgaria, Greece, Czech Republic and Finland.
