Description of Project:

The ‘Tele-coaching' project is co-funded by the European Action Programme Leonardo da Vinci and the different project partners. The specific objectives of the Tele-coaching project are:
- To determine an appropriate integrated Information Communication Technology structure (ICT) and methodology for the several partners and their target groups
- To develop and test a training programme for coaches in the use of ICT as support for training and guidance
- To develop and test methodologies to provide SME management courses and business counseling through the ICT structure

Services Provided:

- Establishment of an informative web-site containing useful resources related to telecoaching, reports and articles on the selection of tele-learning platforms
- A complete training package (Powerpoint presentation, ‘Opportunities in Telecoaching' and handbook) to assist those promoting (motivating) the use of tele-coaching in companies
- A CD ROM (electronic handbook) covering didactical and pedagogical principles and guidelines for tele-coaching design, and various training modules.
