Description of Project:

The main objectives of the project are to activate and motivate the local stakeholders in the two participating countries (Greece and Italy) as well as the local administrative structures, to identify aims and objectives of the planning process for a Local Employment Strategy and define responsibilities in order to design one. Also to disseminating information on the European Employment Strategy and the priorities of the National Action Plans for Employment as part of an important step in the process of making a LES. Additionally to exchange know-how for the establishment of local partnerships, networks, the involvement of social partners and the empowerment of all local actors in the involved areas
