Description of Project:

Design and preparation of a comprehensive training programme aiming at the enhancement of the capacity of the Hungarian Foundation for Enterprise Promotion (MVA) and the Local Enterprise Agencies (LEAs).

The project has the following objectives:

  • Deliver training on the themes such as: competitive enterprises for employment creation; the operational framework of SME and regional development.
  • Deliver training on the preparation of project plans, with a focus on: regional development concepts and plans; the consultation process responding to the tenders according to the Phare procedures within the EU enlargement policy; the establishment of development programme criteria and objectives; funding indicators and co-financing requirements.
  • Develop the required management and implementation arrangements, including: monitoring of regional development programmes and the impact assessment mechanisms.
  • Evaluate quality of projects, select the best -elaborated projects for submission to the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
